Theaterzaal
Intieme theaterzaal die rondom met zwarte theatergordijnen kan worden verduistert. De zaal heeft ook veel ramen (die open kunnen). Er is een grid en voldoende ledlampen, maar er is ook conventioneel licht. Er is een PA voor geluid.
De zaal heeft een spiegelwand en een betonnen vloer met zwart dansvinyl.

Reserveren
Let op — reserveren gaat sinds kort anders. Je boekt niet meer zelf in de agenda. Je vult een kort formulier in, kiest je datum(s), en wij beoordelen je aanvraag. In het formulier zie je een agenda; die is alleen om te kijken welke datums vrij zijn. Je kiest in het formulier zelf je zaal (Theaterzaal of Bovenzaal).

Al eerder bij ons gereserveerd? Log in op je eigen overzicht met het e-mailadres waarmee je eerder boekte. Tip: gebruik voortaan altijd hetzelfde (liefst zakelijke) adres voor al je reserveringen.
*Theater De Cameleon faciliteert geen feesten (kinder of volwassen) waar niet theater, muziek, dans het belangrijkste onderdeel is.
Annuleringsvoorwaarden
De precieze annuleringsdatums en bijbehorende percentages staan altijd in jouw offerte — die zijn leidend. Hieronder leggen we alleen uit hoe het werkt.
Hoe dichter een reservering bij de datum komt, hoe groter het deel van de huursom dat bij annulering verschuldigd is. Dat loopt op in stappen tot 100%. In je offerte zie je per reservering precies tot welke datum je kosteloos kunt annuleren, en vanaf welke datums welk percentage geldt.
Een optie houdt een datum vrijblijvend voor je vast en blijft een beperkte periode geldig (de exacte einddatum staat in je offerte). Bevestig of verwijder je een optie niet op tijd, dan kan deze als definitief worden gefactureerd. Een optie die je niet gebruikt, verwijder je zelf op tijd op je overzichtspagina.

(Prijzen zijn vanaf en gebaseerd op de gemiddelde niet- of laag gesubsidieerde amateur vereniging en kunnen dus afwijken voor anderen)

- Keukenblokje met koffie en thee apparaten, 2 koelkasten
Voorstellingen
- Huur zaal voor theater/dans/muziek voorstellingen: €380 excl BTW voor opbouwdag met voorstelling – met techniek, maar zonder technicus
- €200 excl BTW Tweede voorstelling op zelfde dag
- €225 excl BTW voor opbouwdag met generale
- €30 excl BTW per uur aanwezigheid technicus
- €30 excl BTW gebruik beamer en scherm
Repetities en workshops e.d.
- Huur zaal voor cursussen, repetities vanaf €30 excl BTW per uur (minimaal per 3 uur, daarna per half uur. Kosten vanaf binnenkomst t/m weggaan na opruimen)
- Gebruik van piano: €25 per dag
- Extra stemmen: €35 (goede basisstemming)
- Extra (licht)techniek €30 per dag (geluid gratis)
- Gebruik beamer en scherm €30 per dag

Theater Hall
Intimate theater hall that can be darkened all around with black theater curtains. The hall also has many windows (that can be opened). There is a grid and sufficient LED lights, but there is also conventional lighting. There is a PA for sound.
The hall has a mirror wall and a concrete floor with black dance vinyl.

Reservations
Please note — booking has changed. You no longer book in the calendar yourself. You fill in a short form, choose your date(s), and we review your request. The form shows a calendar; that's only to check which dates are free. You choose your hall (Theatre Hall or Upper Hall) in the form itself.

*Theater De Cameleon does not facilitate parties (children or adults) where theater, music, dance is not the main component.
Cancellation terms
The exact cancellation dates and percentages are always stated in your quote — those are decisive. Below we only explain how it works.
The closer a reservation gets to the date, the larger the share of the rent due upon cancellation. This rises in steps up to 100%. Your quote shows, per reservation, exactly until which date you can cancel free of charge, and from which dates which percentage applies.
An option holds a date for you without obligation and remains valid for a limited period (the exact end date is in your quote). If you don't confirm or remove an option in time, it may be invoiced as definitive. Remove an option you won't use yourself, in good time, on your overview page.

- Kitchen unit with coffee and tea appliances, 2 refrigerators
Performances
- Rental hall for theater/dance/music performances: €380 excl. VAT for setup day with performance - with technical equipment, but without technician
- €200 excl. VAT Second performance on the same day
- €225 excl. VAT for setup day with dress rehearsal
- €30 excl. VAT per hour technician presence
- €30 excl. VAT use of projector and screen
Rehearsals and workshops etc.
- Rental hall for courses, rehearsals from €30 excl. VAT per hour (minimum of 3 hours, then per half hour. Costs from entry until departure after cleaning up)
- Use of piano: €25 per day
- Additional tuning: €35 (good basic tuning)
- Additional (lighting) technology €30 per day (sound free)
- Use of projector and screen €30 per day
