When you arrive at this page after logging in, scroll down to the red links. Edit your previously entered performance there (click on the title), or click the ‘Add New’ button and read these instructions and fill out the form.
Manual: Submitting Your Performance
Welcome! Please follow the steps below to submit your performance correctly. For a performance series, you only need to fill out the form once per unique start time.
STEP 1: CHOOSE THE PERFORMANCE TYPE
Do you have a single performance (1 date)?
- Leave the setting under “When” on Single.
- Fill in your performance date under “Event dates”.
Do you have a performance series (multiple dates)?
- Most important step: Under “When”, select the Repeating option (NOT ‘Recurring’).
- A new block will appear. Click on ‘Daily’ under REPETITIONS and select ON (meaning ‘On specific dates’).
- The calendar becomes active (red button appears). Click the red button and select all performance dates in the calendar that start at the same time.
- Click somewhere outside the calendar to confirm your selection.
- Leave EVENTS DURATION at 0.
- Do fill in the start and end times.
Two shows in one day? (e.g., matinee and evening performance)
Solution 1 (for multiple different times): Fill out the form for all performances with the same time and submit. Then fill out a second form for all performances with a different time.
Solution 2 (for few different times): Submit the form with all dates and log in later to edit performances with different times.
STEP 2: FILL IN THE DETAILS
Group Name & Ticket Link
Enter the name of your company and the direct link to your ticket sales (for example: https://www.yourtickets.nl).
Select the correct category and click randomly somewhere outside the field to fix the category and make the upload for a photo visible
Description & Image
Provide a clear description of your performance and upload a representative image (maximum 2 MB, minimum 500 x 300 pixels).
Handleiding: Voorstelling Aanmelden
Als je na het inloggen op deze pagina komt, scroll dan naar beneden tot de rode links. Bewerk daar je eerder ingevoerde voorstelling (klik op titel), of druk op de knop ‘Nieuwe Toevoegen’ en lees daar deze instructies en vul het formulier in.
Welkom! Volg onderstaande stappen om uw voorstelling correct aan te melden. Voor een speelreeks hoeft u het formulier slechts één keer per unieke aanvangstijd in te vullen.
STAP 1: KIES HET TYPE VOORSTELLING
Heeft u één enkele voorstelling (1 datum)?
- Laat de instelling onder “Wanneer” op Single staan.
- Vul bij “Evenement datums” de datum van uw voorstelling in.
Heb je een speelreeks (meerdere datums)?
- Belangrijkste stap: Kies onder “Wanneer” voor de optie Repeating (NIET ‘Recurring’).
- Er verschijnt een nieuw blok. Klik op ‘Dagelijks’ onder HERHALINGEN en selecteer ON (betekent ‘Op specifieke data’).
- De kalender wordt actief (rode knop verschijnt). Klik op de rode knop en selecteer alle speeldata in de kalender die op hetzelfde tijdstip beginnen.
- Klik ergens buiten de kalender om uw selectie te bevestigen.
- Laat EVENTS DURATION op 0 staan.
- Vul wel de begin- en eindtijden in.
Twee voorstellingen op één dag? (bijvoorbeeld matinee en avondvoorstelling)
Oplossing 1 (bij meerdere afwijkende tijden): Vul het formulier in voor alle voorstellingen met dezelfde tijd en dien in. Vul vervolgens een tweede formulier in voor alle voorstellingen met een andere tijd.
Oplossing 2 (bij enkele afwijkende tijden): Dien het formulier in met alle datums en zelfde tijden en log later opnieuw in om voorstellingen met afwijkende tijden te bewerken.
STAP 2: VUL DE DETAILS IN
Naam Groep & Ticket Link
Vul de naam van uw gezelschap in en de directe link naar uw kaartverkoop (bijvoorbeeld: https://www.jouwtickets.nl).
Kies de juiste categorie en klik weer willekeurig ergens buiten het veld waardoor de categorie vast ligt en de upload voor een foto zichtbaar wordt
Omschrijving & Afbeelding
Zorg voor een duidelijke omschrijving van uw voorstelling en upload een representatieve afbeelding (maximaal 2 MB, minimaal 500 x 300 pixels).
