These prices apply to average amateur theater and dance groups. Higher prices may apply for professional / subsidized / commercial parties. Please contact us for a price indication.

Upper Hall

Atmospheric bright space with beautiful wooden floor and plenty of light through windows that can be opened. The hall is located on the first floor and there is no elevator. There is a well-maintained Kawai grand piano. The hall has a mirror wall, blue walls. Limited and short-term storage in side space is negotiable.

I am aware that:

An option remains valid for 1 month after booking and will be invoiced afterwards
A 2nd option remains valid for 1 month after booking and will be invoiced afterwards
A booking for performances can be canceled free of charge no later than 4 months before the 1st performance date, after that: within 4 months 25%, within 3 months 50%, within 2 months 75%, within 1 month 100% of the agreed rent
A one-day activity (option or definitive) can be canceled free of charge up to 1 month in advance and an option remains valid for a maximum of 1 month

Note! Our prices will be increased by 10% from July 1, 2022

Rental from €30 excl. VAT per hour (minimum of 3 hours, then per half hour. Costs from entry until departure after cleaning up)
Concert: €350
Presentation / performance (without theater lighting): €250 - €350
Use of grand piano: €35 per day
Additional tuning: €35 (good basic tuning)
